We use this method as a proven scientific framework for cold call messaging. All sales messaging strategies are designed for your product/service knowledge to be placed into it in a way that resonates with your prospects. The 4XC4 components are the bones of the script, and not meant to be said word for word, but designed to give callers guardrails to deliver your message with authenticity and personality in their human approach. In addition, all scripts are approved for product/service accuracy by you before sent to our team.
A call activity is our definition for a dial. A call activity counts for secretary conversations, voicemails (we leave vms on first round), rings and rings, decision maker not interested, decision maker nurture, decision maker warm, and decision maker appointment set, all ranging between a low of 2 minutes minimum up to 25 minutes. It is just the way we charge, all things are included in that including account manager, call team members, call team leadership, live reporting, and appt confirmation calls and resets. While its the way we charge, its not why we keep clients! We strive for results, otherwise, why would you stay other than the experience we give you and detailed notes you can learn about your market from?
