Pre-Launch FAQ

Call activity start dates can vary depending on a few factors, but generally we can begin calling within 2-3 weeks. The answer is more about how quickly we can complete the onboarding work together. Before calling, the following must be completed: 

  1. Forms in Kick Off email such as 
    1. Completing and sending us your calendly.com or scheduling link
    2. Completing the SHP Value Discovery form 
    3. Completing the Marketing LIst Requirements form (If applicable/if we are building your list)
    4. Schedule Pre-Launch call with the scheduling link provided (PRO TIP: the sooner we can speak, the sooner we can start!)
  2. Complete Pre-launch call to discuss strategy, questions on Value Discovery Form, Marketing List Build (if applicable), Anniversary Dates, Start Dates, and more.
  3. Your approval on our custom H2H script
  4. Your approval on list build (if applicable)
  5. After this, we can move ahead with the scheduled call activity start date from Pre-Launch call and begin calling!

We write your script! All you need to do is provide your product/service offering knowledge, features, benefits, product specific qualifying questions, and we build the script using our proprietary and proven H2H Method sales methodology frameworks. You always approve scripting for accuracy before we begin!

  1. Think of it this way: you give us the ingredients, we make a recipe with your offering knowledge combined with our sales structures and method, and we write the final baked script product!

Yes, once we write a final baked script product, you will approve for offering accuracy before we train our team.

Yes, before we upload into our compliance software and our manual sales dialing system, we send to you for approval.

You can, but please contact us at success@quickcoldcalls.com with a couple specific dates and times as we need to ensure we have availability. Even without specific requests, we can generally accommodate Pre Launch calls within 2-4 days of payment.

Ongoing Campaign FAQ

We do not have the ability to offer real time recordings, namely due to state regulations around wiretapping laws. This said, if calls were compliant, it can be possible to share recordings on a case by case basis. You may ask your account manager for a specific recording based on the real-time reporting we provide with notes and dispositions on every call, live.

Once first calls have been made, a portal will be sent with access to all materials from script, call trackers, inside sales support information, and marketing lists. Ensure to give your account manager those email addresses needed for access.

We traditionally place 2-6 team members on your campaign based on size, where team members are ranked regularly in a Jack Welch top 20, middle 70, and bottom 10 percentile system. Top 20% coach up the middle 70%, while bottom 10% are swiped out. We don’t have preferential SDR placement on Quick Calls, but it is something we can discuss for our full service.

You can add contacts on a monthly basis prior to the next campaign in que without any additional charge. However, if contacts need to be added during a live campaign, there would be a $100 charge per contacts added, regardless of the number needed to add.

You can take out contacts on a monthly basis 1 time during live campaigns without an additional charge. However, if more than 1 occurrence happens during a month, there would be a $100 charge per occurrence of contact removal requests per campaign.

Yes, on the next campaign! You can buy more via this link in 100 or 250 call activity increments. Just use THIS LINK or click the "Add On Extra Dials" tab up top. Once paid, our team will add those call activities to your next campaign automatically. Pro Tip! Ensure you provide more contacts to call or have us build more for you (for an additional charge) if you don’t want more calls only to the same number of records.
